Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Product must remain in original packaging
• Proof of purchase may be required

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements are generally not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, Or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, changes may no longer be possible.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from our error.
